01 / DISCOVERY

Start with a free Discovery Call to connect with Adelaide directly. This is a chance to share your goals, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit. You can book through the contact form or by reaching out directly.

02/ INITIAL CONSULTATION

If we decide to move forward, the journey begins with a two-hour consultation. This includes a site measure, a review of your plans or inspiration images, tailored design ideas, and budget guidance. You’ll also receive a written brief within 48 hours to outline the key takeaways and recommended next steps.

03 / PROPOSAL

After the consultation, Adelaide will prepare a detailed scope of work and proposal, outlining the design services, deliverables, and investment required for your project. You’ll receive a clear breakdown of what’s included, along with a quote. Proposals are valid for 14 days, giving you time to review and ask questions before moving ahead.

An overview of our fee structure + deliverables

  • Consultations are a flat fee of $450 (including GST) and take place on site, lasting approximately two hours.

  • Design fees are quoted at the proposal stage and depend on the scope of work. Standard wet areas start from $6,500 (including GST), with fees typically invoiced at the beginning of each new design phase.

  • Inclusions based off a typical project:

    + Spatial planning and detailed concept design

    + Highly detailed construction drawings and documentation

    + Fittings and finishes selections

    + Procurement of finishes and fittings.

    + Project management during your build, collaborating with your builder and trades to ensure the best outcome of our intended vision.

    + Two rounds of revisions per design stage

    + In person and on-site meetings

We are transparent with our pricing. Considering the level of investment required to execute a project, we offer milestone fee schedules for larger projects, allowing billing at key stages throughout the design process.
