    • Floor plan and layout ideas

    • Material and fixture selections

    • Look and feel presentation

  • The Documentation phase includes:

    • Fully dimensioned floor plans

    • Elevations, layouts, and joinery drawings

    • Fixture, fitting, and material schedules

    • Specifications and documentation packs

  • This Coordination phase includes:

    • Coordination with your builder/trades

    • Site walkthroughs (as needed)

    • Troubleshooting and design advice during construction

    • Styling guidance for final finishes (optional)
